About WCG What We Do
We Coach Gaming LLC is based in Ocean Shores, Washington. The company relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2004 from Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded by Frank Cornett in 2003, We Coach Gaming LLC provides diverse training services to Gaming and Hospitality. The core business of the company is to provide coaching and mentoring services. The company strives to enhance and compliment training initiatives at the educational, human resource, and casino based training forums.
 
 
Our focus is to provide information, share experiences, seek and direct peers to new resources, and enhance the professional development of new, up and coming managers and executives. Our pool of coaches have diverse roots and hail from many disciplines, including sectors outside the Hospitality Industry. Examples of those sectors are; Human Resources, Mergers and Acquisitions, Life Safety and Risk Management, Marketing & Sales, Information Technology, and Small Business.
 

About the founder. Frank Cornett started his gaming career in Las Vegas Nevada in 1982. His first job in the casino was in the Hard Count Room removing coins from slot machines for revenue count on the graveyard shift. Over the next few years he would gather experience working in almost every department within the casino and hotel. Among them; Accounting, Sports Book, Slots, Cage, Pit, Hotel, and the Food & Beverage area. He worked through the costly "Strike in 1984 in Las Vegas. His career spanned three decades, and included positions in line, management, executive management, ownership, and development. Mr. Cornett has formerly held Non Restricted Gaming licenses in Nevada, and licensed in Tribal Gaming in California. His training background stems from Northwest Indian College, located in Bellingham Washington where he developed the Hospitality Management Program at that institution. Currently; Mr. Cornett continues to work, and assist with Native American training initiatives and programs in the Pacific Northwest.
